BabsPay is a secure, fast, and automated platform designed to let you purchase Airtime, Data bundles, Cable TV subscriptions (DStv, GOtv, Startimes), Electricity token payments, and other digital services at extremely cheap and discounted rates.

Funding your wallet is completely automated and instant. We provide multiple methods:

1. **Automated Bank Transfer**: On your dashboard, you will find your unique bank account numbers (e.g., Wema Bank, Moniepoint, Sterling Bank). Transferring money to any of these accounts automatically credits your wallet instantly.
2. **Manual Payment**: You can pay directly to our admin account and send proof of payment to our support team for manual wallet top-up.
3. **Card/Online Payment**: You can use your debit card to fund your wallet instantly via secure payment gateways (Paystack/Flutterwave) on the dashboard.

There is no maximum limit, but the minimum deposit amount for automated bank transfers is ₦100. Please note that automated bank transfers attract a stamp duty charge of ₦50 as mandated by regulatory authorities.

Automated deposits are usually processed within 1 to 5 minutes. If your transfer has been successful on your bank app but your wallet is not credited, please check the following:
1. Ensure you transferred to the correct account number generated on your dashboard.
2. Confirm if your bank has debited you successfully and it's not a pending/failed transfer.
3. If after 15 minutes it's still not credited, kindly contact our support team on WhatsApp with your proof of payment, username, and the bank name transferred to.

Yes! You can buy airtime and data for all major networks in Nigeria (MTN, Airtel, Glo, and 9mobile) for yourself, family, friends, or customers. Simply select the network, input the phone number, select the bundle or amount, and submit.

If the transaction is successful on BabsPay but the recipient claims they haven't received it, please follow these steps:
1. Ask the recipient to dial the network balance check code (e.g., *310# for MTN/Airtel/Glo/9mobile or their specific balance inquiry codes) to confirm their balance. Network providers often fail to send SMS notifications for data received.
2. Verify if the phone number you entered was correct.
3. If the number is correct and the balance hasn't changed, please contact our support desk with the transaction ID/reference and the recipient's phone number. We will check the API log and query the provider for you.

Yes, our data bundles are standard networks' plans (SME, Gifting, Corporate Gifting) and work on all internet-enabled devices. Most plans have a validity of 30 days unless stated otherwise in the plan description.

Navigate to the 'Recharge Pin / Card Printing' section on your dashboard. Select the network, denomination, quantity, and print. You can print them directly on paper or save them as PDF files to print later.

Yes. We have different account packages (e.g., Smart User, Reseller, API User) that offer different levels of discount. You can upgrade your account status from your profile page to get even cheaper rates for products.

If you are a developer or own a VTU website, you can use our developer-friendly API to vend airtime, data, cable TV, and electricity on your platform. Go to the 'API Documentation' section, copy your API key, and refer to our documentation to start integration.

If a transaction fails on BabsPay, your wallet is automatically refunded immediately. If your wallet was not refunded or you noticed any discrepancy, please contact our support team with the transaction details for an instant resolution.
